And they’re good, but they’ve got their own lives to lead, so the family operation fizzles out.
Someone else steals all of George’s money. Initially the Bluth kids don’t care so much because George was a horrible father, but the four of them needed that money so it’s back to their old con roles (with Buster upgraded to the group’s bodyguard/muscle due to his military training + giant hand). New additions to the dream team include:
-George Michael, the son Michael wants to keep out of the business, who wants in on the action mainly to impress his cousin
-Tobias, Lindsay's actor husband who isn't that great at his chosen profession but the rest of the team doesn’t have the heart to cut loose
-Maeby, Lindsay and Tobias's daughter who surprises everyone by being a natural at this con game
Whoever else the gang recruits is up to you, dear writer. Kitty Sanchez as the family’s bookkeeper? Tony Wonder as a mole who switches sides when he falls for GOB? Carl Weathers as… Carl Weathers? Go nuts.

* AU where all the Bluth kids go to college, with studious freshman Michael, sorority wannabe Lindsay, and frat boy GOB (who's trying to get Michael out of the library and into his fraternity). (Bonus points for Tobias and Tony Wonder as Theatre majors.)

* Lindsay + Tobias, friendship. Their marriage may be loveless, but I like to think they had their good times. Lindsay and Tobias enjoying each other's company.

* Is anyone else fascinated by Ann/Tony Wonder? Something exploring how these two even got it on in the first place would be awesome. We know that Ann's impressed with him being a 'real' magician despite not liking magic. We also know that at this point, he was masquerading as gay publicly, as well as possibly involved with Sally. We know he attended her and GOB's wedding. We also know that he has a brother he has issues with, similiar to GOB and Michael, and a dead brother who's widow he slept with. We know that even though he's a suspicious, secretive guy who's money driven that he made her promises of commitment (and later child support), that presumably they didn't use contraception, and that she was aware of his lie (although we also know that when she questions GOB's motives, Tony immediately shuts her down: 'He would never do that.') I'd kinda like to see what was motivating these two to behave so out-of-character, bonus points if getting even with GOB for whatever reason spurred them on.

* GOB/Stan Sitwell, daddy kink GOB just has all these overwhelming feelings, especially when Sitwell is so understanding and patient, and doesn't even mind when he accidentally calls him "daddy" during a (cough) private meeting between the two.

* Gob/Michael, eagerness to please cw: incest, angstiness All Gob wants in life is an opportunity to utterly debase himself to win Michael's approval. That's what he's for.

* Maeby is talented and successful in her latest career. Gob has a background in the industry. It's entirely logical for Maeby to become Gob's pimp.

* Gob – What's the story behind him following 'people' to their cars and his family knowing about it?

* After GOB forced that kiss on him, George Michael is disturbed to realize that he really liked it and can't stop thinking about it. GOB is totally oblivious to George Michael's crush (at least at first) and keeps unknowingly doing things to make it worse.

* Maeby + GOB, they discuss how to come out as queer to their families so relatively late.

* Tony (Gob/Tony), Tobias Tobias is thrilled to have another Bluth in-law to (attempt to be) besties with: especially one who shares his love of musical theatre! Gob is not on board with this.

* In an alternate Season 1, it's Tony Wonder who GOB marries overnight after a series of escalating dares.

* Fate has been pushing GOB and Tony together for years right up to their first date at the Gothic Castle. Tell me about how they met as kids, went to the same magic camp, kept just missing each other in high school, how they kept track of each other after the Sword of Destiny debacle, and generally every attempt by the universe to throw them into each other's laps.

* GOB and Tony have finally figured it out and are in a healthy, fairly stable relationship. GOB is happier than he's ever been in his entire life. The family is terrified. Who is this grinning idiot shaped like GOB and why can't they convince him to do anything illegal for approval anymore? Who is this weird little con artist he keeps bringing over for dinner who doesn't seem scared of them at all? By the time Tony butts heads with Michael over mutual control issues, the family (sans George Michael, who has a guilty conscience, and Maeby, who is just sort of playing all sides) start conspiring to try and break GOB and Tony up. Wacky hijinks ensue."

* GOB/Tony, Cinco. What would have happened differently if Michael hadn't shown up?

* Michael's trying to repair his relationship with his family so he makes an effort with his brother's new boyfriend even though he doesn't like him much. Unfortunately GOB interprets "basic civility" as "Michael trying to steal Tony".

* I would like to see Tony going over to Gob's and meeting Tobias and being all jealous that some gay guy lives with Gob. And Gob had never mentioned it to him.

* I've seen a couple of fics about Face's time in prison, but what about the other guys? I can just see Hannibal manipulating all those potentially deadly inmates until he practically rules the place, BA mentoring younger offenders, and Murdock helping out his genuinely-insane new friends.

* Lord of the Manor Crack AU. Face as young lord/prince who always gets in trouble with the ladies. Hannibal as butler/secretary/valet/seneschal type guy who always has to get Face out of trouble and tries to help his lord become a better person. B.A. as bodyguard/guard captain. Murdock as the new food/poison tester. Sadly, he's a bit insane from the times he's ingested poison.

* So in the film, there are basically 4 women (and all of them manage to be awesome even if they have like two lines): Charissa Sosa, Kelly the sexy prison guard, Maria, General Tuco's wife who banged Face, and Debra, Lynch's secretary who took none of his bullshit and flipped him the bird. (All those names, sans Sosa's, are fanon, btw.) I would LOVE fic where they all meet up. It can be AU or canon, they can all go to high school together, or meet up while chasing the A-Team, or form an A-Team of their own...they just need to have adventures together. Or at least all get to know each other other martinis or something.

* Maybe Sosa did take Face by surprise when she slipped him a key at the end of the movie, but it seemed to me that Face and Hannibal were both aware of an exit plan. (Like Hannibal said, always be two or three steps ahead.) They must have known that it would be easier to blame convicted felons than to discredit a gernal who's already been buried with honours. Okay, getting to the point - clearly BA and Murdock were not aware that there was an exit plan, so how do they feel about being left out of the loop? Were they hurt? Sad? Angry? And how can the others, especially Face, clear the air with them.

* So maybe each War Boy picks a favorite Wife they can admire and "honor". Maybe they make her gifts and daydream about her and whisper her name in rapture as they enter a battle. Maybe after the fall of Joe, the girls realize they have all these loyal admirers, who actually take direction from the girls themselves, and become more dedicated than ever, especially when they realize that Joe was lying and they've been acting against the girls wishes all this time. Maybe the girls take advantage of this, or maybe they return someone's feelings and have to work at adjusting that courtly dedication into a healthy romantic and/or sexual relationship.
I love the idea of a Five Wives fandom existing among the War Boys. I wonder what would happen when after Joe's death they actually interact with the Wives and realize their personalities are totally different than they thought. Do some of them start stanning for a different Wife?
I was wondering about this in context of Nux and Capable. I bet Nux and Slit would have picked Angharad as their fave because she was Joe's favourite and they're overachievers, but then suddenly, Capable Is The Best. Part of the conversation in the lookout was asking for an autograph.
LOL. I agree that they'd stan for Angharad because she was Joe's favorite, but I think once they actually knew the Wives, Slit would prefer Toast.
Joe promises the Boys that if they get Witnessed in a spectacular/useful enough way, he will personally tell the Wives of their deeds so they can reward them in Valhalla.
- he actually *does* tell them, but the girls don't know *why* he's telling them and are mostly just horrified that he's bragging about their gruesome deaths. Later, they feel a little bad when they realize this meant that those Boys admired them personally.
- Joe occasionally brings out the Wives for semi-public appearances on his podium (where they're barely visible, and the audience can't tell they're actually bound and gagged to prevent them trying anything funny with the microphone) to inspire their admirers.
- Boys getting particular scars/tattoos for particular Wives; the girls learn of this and are able to easily spot which Boys are crushing on them

Ooh, all three of them would be awesome; would they realize that the same thing had happened to all of them, would they be willing or even able to work together? Especially since they died at different points in the story. Like, Angharad doesn't know Valkyrie at all, doesn't know that the Green Place isn't a thing anymore, and as far as she knows, Nux is just another crazy War Boy.

* Furiosa and The Wives pre-canon
I'm kind of craving to know how this insane breakout plan came into being. Did Furiosa know the wives? Did she bring them interesting things from the outside?
Or maybe, since Furiosa will have spent many years working herself up in Joe's ranks and trust, and she says she seeks redemption... Did she have a hand in bringing the women to Joe? Maybe she found one of them during a supply run and brought her to the Citadel, not meaning for Joe to get a hold of her? Or perhaps she was more ruthless and brought them to him?

* Rictus is oblivious to the horrors the Wives go through at the hands of his father- he honestly sees them all as his Step-moms, a precious and essential part off his growing family. Even though Joe and Corpus try to tell him it's not worth the effort, he tries to be a doting son to all his mums, and bring them gifts, offer encouragement, and generally show them he's glad they're there to try and give him baby brothers. (He doesn't understand that they're there against their will.)
Maybe some of the Milk Mothers are 'retired' Wives and he still visits them regularly. Maybe some of the girls think it's sweet and return his child/mother feelings? Maybe he tries to congratulate a recently impregnated Wife and she goes off on him, and he's hurt and confused by her reaction? Maybe an AU where they manage to convince him to turn on Joe and help them instead? I dunno, I just really like the idea of Rictus being sweet to them.

* Rictus/Coma Doof Warrior (teenage crush, semi-incest through adoption)
So from what it says on the wiki, it seems like Joe basically adopted Coma after his mother was killed (and Joe figured why not make this badass blind musician kid his mascot/bard?). I'm guessing he got to live high in the Citadel with Joe's sons.
So, teenage!Rictus developing an awkward crush on Doof, his semi-adopted brother figure whom he just met and who's super talented but also kinda creepy and mysterious. Whether Coma likes him back is up to anon. I just want awkward Rictus trying to flirt.

Ace notices Morsov's shift in behavior around him and realizes what's going on. He's a little uncomfortable but very touch starved, so he leaves it up to how far Morsov is willing to go.

* Rictus/War Boys, or Rictus + War Boys - friendly Rictus
I really just want Rictus to make some friends.
Rictus who thinks the wives are really shiny and who is maybe excited they might give him a sibling. His interest isn't sexual at all, and he doesn't understand that he scares them just from his size, being unintentionally rough (maybe he tries to hug them? Pet their hair? Touch their stomachs because babies? etc) and his association with Joe.
So somebody (Miss Giddy? Furiosa?) takes him aside and explains it to him, that they would be more pleased to see him if he was calmer and didn't grab at them etc. And he gets it and (with some reminders) behaves better and becomes a.. I don't know, a semi-welcome visitor? I think they'd all understand that Rictus is almost as much a victim of Joe as they are.
Like, he's allowed to come sit in their little circle and listen to the stories the wives take turns reading to each other?

* I'd love something exploring life in the Vault.
Miss Giddy seems to have a maternal role (in the, albeit crappy, comic; Cheedo doesn't want to go as it will mean leaving her behind; and as Angarahad dies, she appears to be comforting her/praying) - was she originally a wife?
What about Furiosa's time there?
Who of the current crop joined first, and how did they build friendships with each other?
How do they interact with Joe - headcanons seem to be that Dag and Toast, as the toughest, would be Joe's least favourites, but does Joe try to prevent alliances forming or is he unbothered? Is that why Dag kicks Cheedo's chastity belt so viciously?

* Ace, paternity of war pups (implied noncon)
Women are used to "reward" War Boys in a controlled setting. The rest of the time the women are kept away in a different part of the Citadel.
None of the War Boys think much about where the War Pups come from. They take it for granted that one day there'll just be another 4-5 year old among the group. But as Ace lives past the average age of a War Boy and lives long enough to even be called old, he realizes some of the Pups are probably his sons and maybe even some of the dead War Boys might have been his too.
I'm looking for a character study or world building piece that examines the impact this revelation would have. I personally can imagine Ace being horrified but not understanding why he feels such visceral revulsion, but it's great if you have a different take on it.

Before the Immortan had his wives, he had his War Boys---a group of pretty young things who worshipped him, and would do whatever he told them. Thus, when the urge struck he had no compunctions about fucking the older ones, whether they liked it or not.
My entire soul for it to be Joe/Nux.

* Joe's promise to personally carry Nux to the gates of Valhalla does mean that he ritually kills deserving War Boys as a reward. What if the ritual includes the War Boy being given all the food and water and Joe's wives before he's killed? They all know Splendid is his favorite. The other wives he's mostly just interested for breeding, but Splendid? He would make her his Queen.
He's constantly trying to impress her and win her affections with gifts and special treatment. Problem is, he's still a total scumbag and she's not buying it for a second. He still won't let her or the other wives go, and still blatantly uses them as objects.
However, she realizes she can use his apparent feelings for her to her advantage, and leads him on, charming him into giving her and her sisters as many advantages as she can. She gets them food, toiletries, books, limited time outside of the vault, and other relative luxuries that make their captivity a little less awful. She also distracts him from the other wives to give them a reprieve. Maybe she's even trying to trick him into a situation where the wives can try to kill him.
+ Even if he realizes she's kind of got him whipped, he deludes himself into thinking he's slowly winning her over.

* Organic/whoever, probably a war boy? Organic is way too into his job as doctor to his war boys. He's a strange man, with even stranger fixations. He has a weirdly clinical view of sex. The pounding hearts, increased breathing, the flushing of the skin, these are the parts of sex and arousal that interest him most, the body's responses and reaction.

* AU in which Angharad survives. How does this alter events? Without Joe basically calling the chase quits for a time, as he does, does he catch up with the rig? Does Capable find Nux still, as she was going there to be alone after losing her bf, or does someone else, or no-one?
Does someone else die instead, or do they all make it?

Say in the past Joe had one of the wives gangbanged by his war boys and some time after the movie, she recognizes one of the war boys who participated in it. He's delighted she remembers him and has no idea why she would be upset. The wife is freaked out by this war boy who did this awful thing to her acting like they're old friends.

* The behind the scenes make it sound like the war boys hate their bodies. They'll decorate themselves with scars and apply their paint in their own individual fashion, but they know they're not full-lives and it irritates them. Their lumps are a sign that they're broken and they want to be fixed.

Nux is embarrassed, and tries to keep it a secret, by resorting to just jacking off next to Slit while he and the rest of the war boys are sleeping. Slit catches him.

While the Organic is busy strapping the Blood Bag to the front of their rig, Slit and Nux are hyped up on adrenalin, getting revved up for the big chase, and in their fervour, they start making out/groping up against the car, talking dirty to each other about how chrome is going to be, fantasizing about all the violent things they're going to do to earn their spots in Valhalla.

Capable volunteers to go look out at the back of the war rig because she knows what she'll find there. Her two days with Nux has actually been more like two hundred days.

Would they even know what the marks mean? Would Max or someone have to explain? Would they have been told a lie as to what they mean?

And one of them recognizes them, and now they all have to deal with a wounded, animalistic Nux, who is fixated on Capable as his only reason for holding on through all the utter garbage he went through after the crash.

* Capable is trying to seduce Nux and is surprised by how hesitant he is. Turns out he's never been with anyone. Capable is surprised by how sexy she finds the idea of being his first.

Max/Nux

* Max/Nux, one-sided worship/crush, service kink
Nux needs someone strong and charismatic to latch onto and revere. Furiosa looks at him with contempt and threatens to shoot him if he so much as breathes on the Wives. Max is the closest thing to Immortan Joe around as far as Nux is concerned.
Cue Nux deferring to Max, trying to clean his boots, giving him the best bits of scavenged food, trying to cuddle for body warmth in the night, offering to suck him off in the mornings, etc.
Whether Max is just amused or takes Nux up on his offers of sexual service is up to the author.

Nux is too weak to join the chase for Furiosa (It's fine, Ace and the boys have her back). Believing he's lost everything and everyone, he begins to open up to his blood bag. Max is confused, but allows the kid to let it all out to him out of curiosity. Nux finds his heart and offers to help Max escape into the wasteland. They are still chained together, but Max can take out the needle when he needs to. Whether they go their own way or accidentally run into Furiosa and decide to join the anarchy is up to you.

He yearns to please Immortan Joe and die a respectable death and enter Valhalla but every time the opportune moment to kill his enemy arises he freezes and just can't do it. Slit will step in and take over the kill, but tells everybody that Nux did it so the others won't know his secret.

* Slit + Morsov, what's the beef?
Some back story for Slit's "mediocre, Morsov" attitude. I would REALLY love for some Slit/Nux to be incorporated (e.g. Slit is jealous because Nux and Morsov are friends/Nux once said that Morsov is an impressive lancer) but I'm easily pleased, so do as you will.

* [Morsov/Slit] Pulling Pigtails
Slit doesn't think Morsov is mediocre,he actually thinks he's very chrome, only he's not going to let anyone find out because having a "crush" would make him look lame.

Post movie; most war boys survive. He get's pretty cut up, but nothing bandages, surgery, and a blood transfusion won't fix. But thanks to the arrow that was shot through his head, he takes longer to finish basic sentences. He needs someone to push him in a chair with wheels to move, and occasionally he'll have a seizure.
How do you break through Slit's selfish exterior? Have his own pettiness come back to bite him in the ass. The memory of himself negating Morsov's impact from his own sacrifice comes back to haunt Slit, and he takes it upon himself to care for his comrade. He realizes he might be going soft when he realizes he's starting to actually give a shit about Morsov.

* Morsov/Slit, dub-con
The War Boys have a custom of challenging each other to one-on-one brawls to settle disputes or assert dominance. It's understood that the winner has the right to fuck the loser in the ass. Slit loses a fight for the first time ever - to Morsov. He submits to the fucking reluctantly but he isn't happy about it.

Diego, Klaus, brain damage from childhood - Diego seems kind of dumb and Klaus seems like he might suffer from spasticity. This is usually played for laughs, but it made me consider these kids must have suffered a lot of head injuries...

Klaus owed some people a lot of money and it led to him being blackmailed into doing really gross, hardcore porn. Klaus was high out of his mind for most of it which is the only reason he's probably not as traumatized as he should be. Maybe the people who made him star in the videos are trying to capitalize on the news of Reginald's death to make the videos popular. Klaus now has to deal with his siblings being aware of all the gross, demeaning stuff he did. Bonus if Diego regularly whacks off to it.

Klaus really doesn't have powers. He can't talk to ghosts, there is no power, Reginald isn't lying, Klaus just has schizophrenia or delusional/psychotic disorder.

Only it stops being funny after a while, maybe when they realize how much damage they've done. Klaus comes home injured or he gets an STD cause he's not great at being safe since he'll sleep with anyone who wants him.

I want Klaus unable to say no or defy a demand (IDK, a dead witch he keeps ignoring hexes him for a week) and Five discovers it. He decides to have some fun with it, resentful of Klaus and his willingness to spunk his powers up the wall and be useless. Five just doing it purely because he hasn't had a good laugh in decades. I am open to it being darker, with stuff such as Five making Klaus admit to Diego he wants to fuck him/has feelings, or making Klaus do things he knows Klaus would refuse to do usually.

Allison/Luther/Klaus - Now that the academy is back together Klaus is going crazy because of all the sexual tension between Luther and Allison. Klaus gets the idea to go back and terrorize Lance/Grant some more and ends up blowing him in his very public office space - and getting a few $$$ out of him too.

Klaus and Diego accidentally lock themselves in a bank vault during a mission and not even Luther can get them out. Klaus figures a good way to pass the time and entertain himself would be to flirt with and tease Diego. Except Diego is too competitive for this game and they end up playing gay chicken. They just slowly up the ante from teasing, to touching, to kissing, to touching much lower, and nobody's drawing the line.

Diego is always off disappearing into the night to conduct his vigilante missions and Klaus is his stoner roommate who talks to himself a lot. When Diego is investigating a student's suspicious death, Klaus surprisingly volunteers to help. I'd prefer it if their dynamics mirrored the show in that Diego is both exasperated by and fond of Klaus, and Klaus is frequently dependent on Diego. Would also love if they're lowkey attracted to each other but they don't know how to approach the "I have superpowers" conversation so they have to lie around their abilities so as not to freak the other out.

An au where klaus is either at the asylum with Diego or he is placed in there alone due to either A) him talking to Ben or B) being a dangerous cult leader.

Diego can’t stand even the thought of someone having interest in Klaus, tells his colleague that Klaus is a junkie who can’t even take care of himself in front of Klaus. I just want Diego being the emotionally constipated man he is and reacting really badly to the situation because of his jealousy. After that, Diego tries really hard to make it up to very upset and angry Klaus.

Klaus adores Diego, but unless Diego is angry the sex is just really boring. Klaus finds it sweet that Diego is so gentle and slow, muttering lovely words of praise and looking at Klaus like he's precious - it's just Klaus finds that treatment boring and sometimes he struggles to act like he's into sex, daydreaming as his brother makes love to him. Fucked up option B, the kids start to explore masturbation, etc (alone or together) and are mortified to find their dad knows and reams them out when they're not expecting it.

Diego has gone to great lengths to hide his identity when he joins the police academy. When locker room talk turns to Megastar Allison Hargreeves ("I mean, she was the only girl in that house, you know she was getting tag teamed left and right!), Diego says fuck the secret identity and stands up for his sister.

Five gets to grow up a second time. But the extra years, along with all the extra trauma and alcoholism, have not been kind. He develops some kind of dementia in his second twenties. Angst for him, angst for his siblings as they take care of him, just all of the angst and family bonding. Bonus for one of them bringing Dolores back to him.

Reginald killed himself to bring the Academy back together, but that’s not gonna work when the kids can’t even be bothered to show up for the funeral. Allison decided that her court mandated therapy is more important. Diego just doesn’t give a fuck. Klaus only finds out about it weeks later when Reggie's ghost shows up to hassle him and well, that’s nothing a couple of pills won’t solve...

Dan can play the role of the concerned friend who drops by when Blake stops calling and makes the awful discovery that Sylvia Kovacs has been dead for quite some time.

* AU, either: a) Rorschach sides with Adrian in the end, or b) Rorschach's been working alongside Adrian the whole time.
Rorschach-puts-himself-back-together-like-Manhattan idea after the end of the story. I just think it would be really interesting to explore whether or not someone like Rorschach would turn out as indifferent as Jon Osterman, who was kind of wishy-washy to begin with, as opposed to fanatical. Would he just leave too, or would he do something terrible?

* Ok, so as a fresh young vigilante, Rorschach was sane, clean, and snazzily-dressed, and I don't think it's implausible to say that he cared about his appearance and the impressions he made on others. I wanna see a young Rorschach getting ready for the first (and only) Crimebusters meeting: being all insecure, fretting over his suit, worried about coming off as too noobish in front of his hero the Comedian, and maybe being a little nervous over meeting the "superheroes" Doc Manhattan and Ozy.

* Rorschach is cornered by none other than a New Frontiersman reporter, who begs him for an interview. He says yes.

* Sylvia is alive and well. He and Dan come across her on patrol, maybe when her pimp is trying to murder her.

* How would another crimebuster turn out, raised by Sylvia?

Even Dan and Laurie end up conceding that what he did was right, except... He didn't do it.
This whole thing is just what he's convinced himself of as he slowly starves to death and goes insane in Karnak, holed up with the dead bodies of his manservants, the only one left alive after nuclear holocaust, as far as the reader can see.
TL;DR: Adrian doesn't become as mass murderer, things end up even worse, he goes insane and imagines he did it.

* Everything's set in place: the squid is set to go, Comedian is dead, so are the missing persons from the island, John's gone and Rorschach and NiteOwl are on their way to Karnak. He's already started the count down to New York's destruction and he is just sitting watching the monitors flicker between channels when...He second guesses himself.

* 35 minutes ago Ozymandias meant to push the button to save the world, but before he did, he...oh let's say he tripped on his pimped out marble staircase and hit his head. So when Dan & Rorschach arrive in Karnak they find Adrian Veidt doesn't remember the code to launch the squid. Doesn't remember why he built the squid. Doesn't remember who he is.

* Adrian/Dan D/s, basically, only not so much the relationship itself as the beginning of the end of it. Since Adrian's idea of saving the world is bombing New York with a mutant squid, it stands to reason that other aspects of his life would fall victim to his rather strange manifestations of control freakishness. So, what I want is for Adrian to start getting weird in a subtle, creeping sort of way and Dan slowly deciding he wants out.

Nelly is the ringmaster, what with his strategic genius and all, Byron is The Mothman, a gaffed freak, and Bill is a freakishly good-natured roustabout. Ursula throws knives and does trick shooting. She and Byron have competitions when they're bored.

* I want to see an AU with the Crimebusters era heroes working in an office, and all the wacky hijinks they get into - preferably a newspaper, but any office-drone type setting will do.
(Ex: Rorschach is crazy conspiracy guy who writes ridiculous editorials prompting complaints from half of New York each week, Eddie is the grizzled sports writer who used to play football and lords this fact over everyone, Jon is the quiet-and-unintentionally-intimidating editor-in-chief who inherited the paper from his father, Nelly is News Editor and takes things Very Seriously, Laurie is the no-nonsense Copy Editor, Dan's the fuss-bucket in charge of layout, Adrian's in charge of advertising, etc etc etc).

* Adrian invites the crew over for a special first showing of the new Watchmen cartoon coming out (you all know the theme song by heart, right?). He "wants their approval" before airing it. Reactions, please. Is Eddie properly squicked or does this lead to incest sexytime. Does Manhattan resent being the group's transportation. Can Dan really dance and will Adrian be hearing from Rorschach's lawyer?

* Eddie figures out Adrian's up to something big, right? Well, what if instead of sitting around getting defenistrated, he goes and rounds up the old gang to try and stop him. Crimebusters are go! Hollis and Sally, obviously. If Rolf and Nelly ain't dead maybe they made a deal with Eddie and he thinks ts time to call in that favor. Heck, maybe he busts Byron out of the looney bin as well. Maybe some of the olde villans even get in on the action. I just want to see a bunch of retired, washed out superheros lead by a crazy bastard trying to save the world.

* I just want to see Dan, Walter and Laurie in a battle of the band with Veidt's group. Only I think Veidt makes a better evil music mogul than he does a singer. And I kind of want Sally to be a Misfit, but that kills Laurie's backstory of being a reluctant guitarist who's been forced into the music world by her one-hit-wonder mother, who's desperately attempting to relive her teenage glory days through her daughter. The Comedian, on the other hand, would be the greatest Misfit ever. When he's not trying to rape them, he'd probably be trying to set members of Dan's band on fire using his awesome pyrotechnic equipment.

* Rorschach investigating Veidt's death? He didn't know Blake was the Comedian until he found the ever-so-secret big button in the closet. Veidt's dead, Blake's on the run. Mask-killer plot is still a go!

* Watchmen/Jacob's Ladder Eddie never made it out of Vietnam, but he doesn't know that yet.

Maybe there’s drama when Eddie brings home a trashy date, maybe teenage Laurie tries to sort out Hollis’ love life. Bonus points for them all having the talk at some point.
